HOUSE LEASING TRANSACTION

- House Leasing consists of following steps:
1. House leasing contract is composed by both of participants or Notary.
2. House leasing contract must have signatures of lessor and renter.
3. House leasing contract between individuals with over 6 months validity must be verified by Notary. In case, lessor is Housing Business Company, the contract needn’t to notarize.
4. If lessor is an individual, house leasing contract must be handed in tax agency to do financial obligation.
5. House transfer and return time abides by the contract.
In case, foreign organization or foreigner rents house, entry visa to Vietnam from over 3 continuous months is a must.
