1. Document of “ Land Use Right” transfer includes:
- Contract of “Land Use Right” transferring
- Certificate of “Land Use Right” or one of prescribed documents in item 1, 2, 5 of Article 50 of Land Law

2. Procedure and formality of “Land Use Right” transfer:
- Step 1: One of transaction participants submits the Documents at “Land Use Right” Registration Office.
- Step 2: “Land Use Right” Registration Office inspects and sends land survey figures to Tax Agency to determine financial obligation.
- Step 3: After receiving the announcement from Tax Agency, “Land Use Right” Registration Office notifies participants of financial obligation payment.
- Step 4: Participants do financial obligation and convey receipt to Land Use Right” Registration Office
- Step 5: Participants receive Certificate of “Land Use Right” at Land Use Right” Registration Office.
